Demand
Spend that you can trace to revenue.
Paid campaigns, email and content, run against a single question: what did this rupee return? If we cannot attribute it, we do not claim it.
The problem with most SMB ad spend is not the creative or the targeting. It is that nobody can say which half worked, so budget gets set by feel and cut by panic.
We fix the measurement first, conversion tracking that survives modern privacy restrictions, offline lead import so phone and WhatsApp enquiries count, and a reporting view that shows cost per qualified lead rather than cost per click. Only then do we scale spend.
From there it is unglamorous iteration: tight audience definition, creative tested in a real rotation, landing pages built for the specific promise the ad made, and email sequences that keep working on the leads that were not ready the first time.
Questions
Digital Marketing, answered.
What is a realistic ad budget for a small business?
For local service businesses in Kerala we generally advise a minimum of ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month in media spend to gather enough data to optimise within a reasonable timeframe. Below that, campaigns take so long to reach statistical significance that you are paying for learning rather than results. We would rather tell you to wait and build organic traction than take a retainer on a budget too small to work.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. We charge a flat monthly management fee agreed up front, because a percentage model rewards us for spending more of your money rather than for spending it well. Media spend goes directly to the platforms from your own account, which you own and retain full access to.
